David Beatty (Founding Member) David has been playing drums for over 45 years. He has played with national recording artists Bertie Higgins, The Male Men, and Charlie Singleton from Cameo. He also opened for many national recording acts, including but not limited to The Romantics, One Eyed Jacks (members formerly of Lynyrd Skynyrd), George Thorogood and the Delaware Destroyers, The Producers, Badfinger, and Ronnie Milsap, to name a few. Dave played national television on the Nashville Network on New Country and The Bobby Bare Show. He also played in the feature band at The Georgia Country Music Awards Banquet and the Georgia Country Music Hall of Fame shows. David was founding member of Alton Street in the 1970's as musician friends began performing together in high school. They took an extended vacation (approximately 28 yrs' kinda like some other band we know...), and decided to reform and play together again, starting back in 2002 (David says: "Ain't nothin' like playin with your brothers again!"). Besides playing drums, David also plays guitar, bass, keyboards, lead and background vocals, and various assorted percussion.
